Best long term performance and motivation.
To be able to perform at a high level week after week, month after month, and year after year requires not only strong physical ability but also cognitive (mental) strength. It requires an approach to setbacks that allows them to be transformed into successes, and an approach to successes that enables one to repeat and maintain high performance.
A modern and active way of working.
With a combination of sports psychology theories, modern cognitive behavioral therapy, and extensive practical experience with the challenges young elite athletes face, we work together to establish a valued direction specifically for you and your sport. We check in on where you are on your life path every week or every other week, and together, we set your performance and outcome goals.

Coaching sessions
Online meeting or in-person meeting, where we start by establishing your current situation, then work together to create a valued direction for you to follow. We also review what will be required from you, and you are given time to reflect on your goals. Based on this, we develop both short-term and long-term goals, which we follow up on with conversations every other week.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)/ACT
Experience-based cognitive behavioral therapy, where we also work with modern third-generation CBT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). All exercises are scientifically based and conducted under the supervision of licensed practitioners, following the standards of the National Board of Health and Welfare. CBT/ACT requires you, as the client, to be proactive, willing to create change, and to complete the homework assignments we develop together. CBT/ACT is a highly effective methodology for sports and performance.
